Let me introduce myself. My name is Johan. I live and work in Belgium.
I come from a military background where I spent more than 20 years in the Artillery Battalion. I was sent to missions in places such as Afghanistan, Kosovo and Africa. I also represented Belgium for 6 years as an athlete in several Military World Championships in Finland, Austria, The Netherlands, Brazil and South Korea. I am a military sport instructor and also provide sport coaching for professional volunteers who want to join the army.
I have three lovely children. I understand the high demands of everyday life, and how challenging it can be fitting sport in a busy agenda.
My goal is to provide you with a personalized program and transform both your body and mind in the most efficient way!

PERSONAL TRAINING
During the first session we do an evaluation. Based on your result, we discuss together what suits you best. Once we start with your plan, I will be there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation. All the training sessions are at your location.
If you are a pro or semi-pro and you know what you want, then I am also the right person to push you towards your goal.
MENTAL COACHING
Becoming a winner is more than just being good at sports. Your performance is always affected by how you think. These thoughts can often be negative, especially if you are under a lot of stress. Let me help you arm yourself against this stress and make sure you are in control of what you think.
